Arrive 30 minutes early to check in and start with our welcome ritual—your treatment ends on time so no one waits! You’ll get a locker, robe, slippers, and comfy underwear.
Fill out a quick card so your therapist can make everything perfect. Before or after, chill in our relaxation area or use our cool facilities. Bring swimwear for the steam room and pool.
Want to keep the spa vibes at home? Buy your treatment products at reception—your therapist will help pick the best ones!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Booking and Cancellation Policy
If a 6-hour cancellation is not provided, 50% of your total treatment value will be charged.
A 100% upfront payment is required for group bookings to secure the booking. Please provide the spa with 7 day’s notice for the cancellation of group bookings in order not to incurr any cancellation charges.
If a 7-day cancellation is not provided, 100% of your total treatment value will be charged.
Kindly note that we do not provide refunds on retail products purchased.
